Jamie Dobbins
Director/Reading Specialist
Jamie Dobbins is certified in Elementary Education and as a Reading Specialist and holds a Masters degree from Gwynedd-Mercy University. Jamie has over 15 years experience working with students of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds. Her career has taken her from teaching assistant, to classroom teacher, to reading specialist, to literacy coach supporting K-3 teachers. Now Jamie is excited to be supporting this wonderful team in creating a dynamic place for children to learn and grow.
Lead Primary Montessori Teacher
Ms. Cleo is a Certified Montessori Teacher with over 24 years of experience in education. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University SNHU, and is a Registered Behavior Technician RBT. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Behavioral Health.
As a wife, mother of four, and educator, Ms. Cleo understands the importance of honoring each child’s individuality and providing a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment. Her Montessori philosophy focuses on following the child, encouraging natural curiosity, and supporting hands-on, purposeful learning.
She is dedicated to creating a peaceful, prepared classroom that fosters independence, confidence, problem-solving, and compassion while supporting the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.
Kelly Nastasi
Administrator/Montessori Teacher
Kelly Nastasi is a creative, dedicated AMI trained Montessori teacher with 23 years working in a Montessori Elementary classroom. She is an energetic, motivated, and compassionate teacher who enjoys working with children of all ages. She has also taken Montessori elementary upper elementary students to the Montessori Model United Nations in NYC since 2006. Kelly has a passion for creating a better future for children and worked with underprivileged children in Philadelphia. Additionally, Kelly teaches yoga and guitar to children and has been doing so for over 2 decades. She has two daughters and lives with them and her husband in Spring City.
Faith Gonzalez
Assistant Teacher/After Care Teacher

Faith is a Teacher Assistant with one year of experience working in our Montessori school. She also has a background in babysitting and cleaning. Faith brings patience, empathy, and a caring approach to the classroom, helping students feel supported and encouraged each day. She enjoys being a positive role model and strives to be someone children can trust while guiding them as they learn and grow.
