Our Mission
Red Bridge Montessori's mission is to provide a space where children can grow into the best version of who they are, as scholars, as humans, and as global citizens. Our practices are based primarily on the teachings of Maria Montessori for Primary students aged 2 years, 7 months to 6 years old. We hold to a system of education that has stood the test of time for over a century and continues to find new validation in modern research in psychology and education. We believe that the future of humanity lies in creativity, problem solving, and teamwork and that the foundation for achieving those traits lies in independence, curiosity, and good character. We also believe children should have a healthy relationship with the natural world and spend a good portion of their day outdoors, both on the playground and in our outdoor classroom. We look forward to cultivating these traits and skills in the many children we hope to teach and care for in the coming years.
About Us
Red Bridge Montessori House is a family owned school seeking to provide the highest quality of Montessori Education for children aged 2 years, 7 months to 6 years. We believe in the Montessori Method but found most good schools to be just too expensive for most working families like us, or lacking in an understanding and passion for the principles that make Montessori education the best foundation for a lifetime of learning. Red Bridge Montessori started in 2021 with a few friends, each with more than a decade of experience in the field of education. Since then we have worked hard to follow our mission, which is to provide the highest standard of Montessori education at a reasonable price. Like you, we are parents who want the best for our children, and that’s what we intend this school to be.
