Our Mission

Red Bridge Montessori's mission is to provide a space where children can grow into the best version of who they are, as scholars, as humans, and as global citizens. Our practices are based primarily on the teachings of Maria Montessori for Primary and Elementary students, a system of education that has stood the test of time for over a century and continues to find new validation in modern research in psychology and education. We believe that the future of humanity lies in creativity, problem solving, and teamwork and that the foundation for achieving those traits lies in independence, curiosity, and good character. We also believe children should have a healthy relationship with the natural world and spend a good portion of their day outdoors. We look forward to cultivating these traits and skills in the many children we hope to teach and care for in the coming years.
